Teryluz is a Partner at Aon’s Talent, Rewards & Performance Practice based in Chicago and leads the Culture & Engagement Practice for North America. She has over 18 years of consulting experience in the areas of engagement, change management, talent management, leadership development, and organizational communication.  She specializes in complex, global projects for large organizations undergoing major business and culture transformation and HR strategy and program implementation. 

Prior to her current role, Teryluz led Aon’s Change Management Consulting services for the United States and was the Talent, Rewards & Performance Regional Practice Leader for Aon in Latin America, leading teams in more than nine countries across the region.  She also led the Latin America Regional Engagement Team for more than six years and is an active member of Aon’s Global Culture & Engagement Council.

Some of her recent clients include Grainger, Walgreens, Ecolab, Microsoft, Moody’s, and Exxon Mobil.  She has also consulted with some of the world’s largest companies in the retail and pharmaceutical industries.

Teryluz is a frequent speaker at professional and industry conferences both domestic and internationally, and has published over 35 articles and white papers in the topics of engagement, HR strategy, talent management, leadership and organizational effectiveness. 

Teryluz holds a Master degree in Communication and Human Resources from Cornell University.  She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and is certified in change management by PROSCI and on several leadership and organizational assessment tools, including Barrett Culture Values Assessment, Hogan Personality assessment and Facet-5 leadership assessments.
