Ted joined Fidelity in 2003 and led the team that was responsible for providing training and development for the Human Resources Services group’s external customers. This included extensive involvement in the business development process representing our training offering to external client prospects. He then formed and led the Sales and Service Training Center of Excellence for Fidelity’s corporate retirement services business with responsibility for relationship management, curriculum design, content development, delivery management, and measurement and communication strategy for all of the Relationship Management and Sales roles within the Workplace Investing business. From there he took on the role of Director of Facilitation with the Enterprise Learning Services team, responsible for the overall recruitment, leadership and development of a team of expert facilitators dedicated to the delivery of management and leadership programs for front and mid-level leaders at Fidelity.
In his current role as the VP of Talent Development, Ted is responsible for the leadership development experiences for enterprise talent across the firm. In this capacity he manages the GLTP, ALI, LS, LFF and GMA program experiences.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Ted spent almost twenty years at The Forum Corporation, a corporate training firm that specializes in helping companies become customer-focused. As a leader of large client engagements, he worked with clients to define project strategy and results, and managed Forum teams to design and deliver to those results. In addition, he applied his consulting, design and facilitation expertise in client work that encompassed a wide range of topics including sales, customer service, and management and leadership.
