Seonaid Charlesworth, Ph.D., is Vice President, Executive Assessment and Succession at Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge.  She advises companies on succession practices to mitigate business risk and execute strategy.  She oversees a team of assessment experts who design and deliver assessments to leaders at all levels in the US and Canada.

An expert in Industrial Psychology, she has designed and implemented succession and assessment solutions for Fortune 100 companies, public utilities and government agencies in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy and Brazil.  An experienced consultant and facilitator, she has worked extensively with executive teams, CEOs and corporate directors.  She has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors—including oil and gas, financial services, energy, technology, retail and government.

Seonaid is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer in the areas of succession management, identifying high potential talent, leadership assessment and strategic talent management.  She is the author of numerous scholarly articles that have been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at international conferences. 

Seonaid earned a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of British Columbia and B.A. in Psychology with Honours from Queen’s University.
