Russell Robinson, EdD is the founder of Amplified Research and Consulting, LLC, an adjunct professor within the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development and the senior training and engagement adviser for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Program Support Center. Within those roles, he works with current and emerging leaders on being strong and inspiring, selecting a developing talent and creating open and safe cultures. As a passionate champion of employee engagement, Robinson has spoken at several domestic and international conferences, focusing on aspects that improve the workforce experiences for civil servants. He holds a doctor in education degree in higher organizational learning from George Washington University. He received a master’s degree in public administration from American University and his Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Dayton.
