Mr. Arigo was most recently a senior vice president of the New Jersey-based Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, a global Fortune 200 property & casualty insurance company. As one of Chubb’s most senior HR executives, Mr. Arigo was recently responsible, as the Chief Learning Officer, for the company’s global learning platform for both employees and its independent agent distribution channel. Additionally, Mr. Arigo oversaw Chubb’s HR global operations, including the company’s HR budget and HR information systems. Previous to these roles, he was responsible for managing U.S.-based HR business partners who were accountable for all HR critical deliverables, such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Mr. Arigo has an MBA from Boston University’s Executive MBA program and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College. In addition, his executive education includes Harvard University’s Strategic Human Resources Management Program, and the Corporate Leadership Council’s HR Leadership Academy.
Ron’s involved with Boston-area professional and non-profit organizations, including The Human Resource Leadership Forum, the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM), and Community Servings. Within his community, Ron was Co-President of the Dover-Sherborn Education Fund and has served on the Town of Sherborn’s Personnel Board and Governance Committee.
