Rhonda Miller is Senior Manager of Inclusion and Diversity for Amazon’s Worldwide Operations organization. Rhonda’s responsibilities include strategy development and execution for the fulfillment center network as well as a global Operations Tech team. Prior to Amazon, Rhonda served as Senior Manager, Inclusion and Diversity for Cox Automotive and Eaton where she led strategy development, execution and robust education programs around the business case for I&D, unconscious bias and cultural competency. Rhonda lived and worked in Hong Kong for two years where she led Inclusion & Diversity for Eaton’s Asia-Pacific region. Prior to her roles in Inclusion and Diversity, Rhonda worked as an engineer for 15 years and was awarded a US Patent for one of her designs. She leverages her technical background and analytical skills to communicate a sound business case that resonates with leaders. This drives accountability for sustaining an inclusive and diverse organization. Rhonda holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA focused on International Business from Lake Erie College. Rhonda lives with her partner Ian and dog Kismet in Seattle. Rhonda is a certified SCUBA diving instructor and loves to combine diving with her passion for travel. Rhonda has visited over 50 countries and has done work in many of them. She’s often asked about her favorite destination and while it’s difficult to narrow, the countries of East Africa top her list.
