
Ray Bixler has been SkillSurvey’s President and CEO since December, 2006. He has advised human resources leaders at hundreds of organizations on how to improve their quality-of-hire, increase recruiting efficiency and implement new best-practices for hiring. His firm’s work includes helping Fortune 500 companies like CH2M HILL, and leading hospitals like Brigham & Women’s, and he is an expert at leveraging technology to drive behavioral reference-checking programs and sourcing initiatives. Prior to SkillSurvey, Ray spent three years as a Regional and Senior Vice President with Caliper, an organizational development consulting firm. While there, Ray consulted with hundreds of small- and mid-size businesses and several global organizations in implementing better hiring, development, performance management and succession planning strategies. Before joining Caliper, Ray honed his management expertise at WorldCom/MCI and RCN Corporation. Ray’s education includes Materials Engineering at Drexel University and Business Management at Immaculata University.
