Rachel is a Senior Data Scientist at Shaker International. She sits on Shaker’s Labs team designing and building new artificial intelligence-enabled solutions in addition to supporting projects through advanced analytics. She also does research on ways to use artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning to predict organizational outcomes such as turnover and employee performance.
