Natalie Leone, Managing Director, is Global Head of Talent Acquisition with BlackRock's Global Talent Team, and has global responsibility for talent acquisition for the firm. This includes lateral, campus, and executive hiring.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2011, Natalie spent two years with Cerberus Capital Management as Head of Human Resources after having served as Head of Executive Staffing and Talent Management, as well as a Director of Operations and HR. Over the course of her career, she has also held various recruiting positions across the financial services industry including Merrill Lynch, UBS, and SIAC.
Natalie earned a Bachelor’s degree in business from St. John's University. She is currently an advisory board member at JJELLYFISH.
