Namrata Yadav is the head of Diversity & Inclusion Learning at Bank of America. In this role, Namrata is responsible for the enterprise strategy and initiatives focused on education needs to create a work environment and culture where all employees have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and contribute to the bank’s success. She works closely with the Global Diversity & Inclusion Organization, Business D&I Council leaders, Manager and Leadership Development, Human Resources, Staffing and other enterprise teams to ensure integration and holistic execution of the company’s D&I learning priorities.
Namrata joined Bank of America in 2008 as part of the Human Resources Development program and has held roles in Learning and Leadership Development for multiple lines of businesses as well as enterprise functions. Before joining the bank, Namrata held various human resources positions at General Electric and IBM Daksh in India.
Namrata holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Delhi University and a Masters of Science in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
