Michael joined Fidelity in 1994 and has held number of leadership roles in the businesses as well as in many of the Learning and Development organizations. He spent many years servicing the needs of our Workplace Investing (401k) clients. In the L&D organizations he served he had responsibility for program design and development, facilitation, and business consulting. One of his focus areas was the Human Resources Services group’s external customers. This included extensive involvement in the business development process representing our training offering to external client prospects. He then led our Facilitation group with over 65 associates responsible for the training delivery of our Workplace Investing business training. From there he took on the role of Director of Implementation with the Enterprise Learning Services team, responsible for the overall management of the Enterprise Leadership curriculum, servicing all business functions across the company.
In his current role as the Director, Mid-Level Leader Programs, Michael, is responsible for the leadership development experiences for enterprise talent across the Mid-Level Leader space.
