Lynne Morton is a globally recognized expert in talent management and leadership coaching with over 25 years of global experience, spanning a wide range of industries. Formerly, president of Performance Improvement Solutions and Director at PwC, Lynne received the 2009 HR Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai. She is now an adjunct professor of Human Capital & Leadership at NYU, a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and an Advisor for Astia. Her relationship with HCI began in 2007.

Lynne holds a B.A. degree, with honors, from Vassar College, an M.A. from Georgetown University and coaching certification from IPEC. She is also certified in the ELI, Lominger and DiSC tools.
