Karen Shellenback is responsible for global research insights in the areas of Talent Management and Human Resources. Prior to joining Bersin by Deloitte, Karen held research and consulting positions at Cornell University and PwC. Having recently completed course work in commercial interior design/architecture, she is particularly interested in what she calls the “Design of Work”: the interface of organizational culture and technology, workplace design and virtual work from both an organizational practice and physical space perspective. Karen holds two degrees from Cornell University, where she graduated with honors in Policy Analysis and Management/ Industrial and Labor Relations.
