As employee #6 at Lever, she led initiatives in Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, while hiring the first 50 employees. Previously, she was at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Career Advising, and also a startup tackling public education equality and reform in recruiting.
