JC has over 30 years of business experience in both corporate and field operations. As the Senior Vice President of Lee Hecht Harrison’s Global Leadership & Talent Development Practice, she is responsible for building a worldwide organization of over 1,000 coaches and consultants. In addition, Ms. Heinen is an executive coach who works specifically with the C-suite to build strong leadership teams that can successfully drive business results. Previous roles have included Vice President of Marketing for a global software development company and Regional Sales executive for a global computer hardware company. JC is also the founder of the Transition Management Institute, a leadership consulting firm, and Jessie’s Heart Foundation, a not-for-profit organization serving patients of Children’s Hospital in Denver, CO.
