Holly Tiessen is a results-focused team player who is always looking for new challenges. As the Vice President of Client Success at Achievers, she and her team work with clients to ensure the continued success of Achievers solutions in their organizations. She is passionate about driving organizational change, creating teams from the ground up, generating new business, and improving productivity. Before joining Achievers, Holly spent 14 years at IBM, where she drove sales and fostered business development in a variety of roles.
Holly attended Moscow State University and earned her MBA at McMaster University. When she’s not traveling for a sales award to such far-flung locations as South Africa, Palm Springs, and Madrid she enjoys relaxing in her cabin outside Toronto.
