Deborah J. Muller is the CEO of HR Acuity, the employee relations case management solution that companies trust to help them track, investigate and analyze employee issues the right way. Muller brings more than 25 years of human resources and investigation experience to both the consulting practice and software development sides of the company.
Prior to founding HR Acuity, Muller held executive HR positions in numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Honeywell, Citibank and March & McLennan, where she developed a seasoned approach to workplace conduct, performance management and employment interactions.
Ms. Muller is also the founder of the Employee Relations Roundtable, an interactive forum that brings together employee relations leaders to connect, collaborate and share their learnings, practices and processes with regard to Employee Relations.
Ms. Muller earned her BS from Cornell University’s School of industrial and Labor Relations and an MA from the University of Maryland. Additionally, she has complete training on The Reid technique of Interviewing & Interrogation and is listed on the Cornell University Institute for Conflict Resolution’s Roster of Neutral FactFinders.
