Chad L. Bennett is a People Science Senior Consultant with Glint. As a consultant for over 20 years, Chad is a trusted advisor to senior HR executives regarding the management of their people success strategies (i.e. how to best attract, engage, enable, and retain talent). Chad has spent his professional career utilizing surveys and assessments to better understand, manage, and impact employee engagement, the customer experience, and selecting the right talent to fit specific jobs and company cultures. He has consulted with executives across multiple industries for Fortune 500 organizations and mid-to-small sized companies. His technical skills and proficiencies in statistical analysis, problem solving, and communication enables him to interpret complex data in an effort to provide easy to comprehend and actionable insights. Before joining the Glint team, Chad spent time at IBM/Kenexa, Talent Plus and Gallup. He holds a Master’s degree in Survey Research and Methodology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
