As a Director at Kantar TNS, Dr. Brittany Aguilar designs world-class consulting programs and advises clients on high-profile measurement projects. Brittany effectively crafts highly competitive employee and customer experiences that increase engagement, and help to bring her client’s employee value proposition to life.
Brittany has her doctorate in Business Psychology and masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology with over 10 years of experience in both corporate and academic settings. She teaches graduate-level Organizational Attitudes & Survey Design, International Human Resources Strategy and Organizational Leadership.
She has worked as an executive coach for Senior HR Directors and C-Suite leaders and as the internal lead of the employee engagement program for a Fortune 100 company. In 2017 Brittany is touring major US cities hosting workshops and panel discussions with industry experts to explore the link between employee engagement, brand and talent strategy.
Brittany was the Project Director and acted as lead Consultant for San Manuel throughout the project. Brittany is also the owner of the relationship between Second City and Kantar TNS. She and Second City have partnered on Employee Engagement and Leadership Development workshops across the country, webinars on HR.com and HCI, as well as collaborating to design new culture survey measures and other unique products for the I-O practitioner field.
