Amy Swenson is Executive Vice President, Americas at KRW International. For the past ten years, Amy has used data and global best practices to help Fortune 1000 Companies develop organizations with strong character leaders by addressing challenges with culture and leadership development needs. Prior to joining KRW, Amy spent over ten years working in culture change, leadership, and business development roles. 

Amy has earned her M.S. in Organization and Management from Capella University and a B.S. in Business Management from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota
