Caio found his calling in helping customers. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Economics from Albion College, and spending over 7 years in the HR & Recruiting field, Caio assists in growing customer accounts at TalentReef – empowering his customer base through leveraging technology & automation to focus on their company goals. Outside of work, you can find Caio traveling, playing soccer, cooking, or listening to music while making his famous espressos. Caio is also a first-generation American, with family roots in Brazil. After moving to Ann Arbor, MI, at the age of 7 with his mother, Caio is a lifelong Michigan Wolverine. Go Blue!
